Process Discovery
First we find out what is actually worth automating
Not every process should be automated. Task mining records how users really work with applications – repetitive activities, manual steps, variants of the same process and bottlenecks – and gives automation a factual basis instead of workshop impressions.
How a PoC runs
What you get
- a map of the process as it really runs, including variants
- detailed documentation of steps and applications
- automation candidates ranked by benefit
- an estimate of time and effort savings
- RPA / BPM / AI / IDP recommendation
- a basis for implementation
Typical areas
- insurance claims handling
- KYC and client onboarding
- bank and insurer back office
- shared services, finance, HR
- logistics and customer service
Security and GDPR
The work is recorded, not the people. Data collection follows the customer's security, legal and internal rules: anonymised users, masking of sensitive data, an application whitelist and a clearly defined recording period. Before the PoC we prepare materials for the DPO, IT security and employee representatives.
